Tasting notes:We are facing a Cider Brut Nature with endogenous gas from fermentation, bright golden yellow with abundant fine and persistent bubble size and homogeneous and continuous evolution. With flavors reminiscent of orchard and wild flower chamomile, ending in figs and raisins.The palate runs smoothly, leaving memories and quite harmonious with notes of dry wood.

Ideal to pair with rice, fish and seafood Asturian cheeses.
