CATA's notes:Smooth flavor. Fatty material Min. 50% Made with pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. Cylindrical. Smooth and pleasant taste, very balanced in terms of acidity and salinity. Elastic and soft texture. Not very aromatic, although with clear notes of the milk with which it is made.
