CATA's notes:Golden amber color, clean and without anomalies. In a stopped cup, its aroma reminds of applesauce, showing much more complexity in a moving glass, with a frosty fruit, white flowers, with a slight alcoholic background and fine notes of vanilla and roasted nuts. Its entrance in the mouth is fresh, light, with little body, although structured and with a very fair acidity; its passage through the mouth is very pleasant, with a balanced sweetness that makes it attractive, leaving in its final step a clear memory of applesauce.
For the preparation of each bottle of cider 20 manually selected native apples are needed . This essence of cider requires complex temperature control systems, reproducing in the wound the effects that frost would have on the ointment. Subsequently, the cider obtained rests for 12 months in French oak barrels for later bottling. Limited edition of 6,000 bottles.
