RETURNS


If you wish to return an order or product, please go to he order history for your account and fill out the Returns form RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), subject to further follow the instructions below:

A. Once you have received the order:

1.-The product is faulty or has been damaged in transit.

  • In cases of breakage during transport is essential that you notify us via email at info@tastu.es the same day we receive the merchandise and have checked the break.
  • You can return the product in its original packaging, assumingTastu FOOD, SL shipping charges generated by the delivery of the product and return it.
  • Tastu FOOD, SL proceed to the shipment of the product at no cost to you.


2 Return uneventful.

  • Tastu FOOD, SL gives you the option to cancel your order without any obligation, provided that in the case of non-perishable goods and is made within the period of 14 days established in the current legislation, must be the product in perfect condition and with the packaging Original.

B. You have not received the order and wish to cancel or modify:

  2. Yes your order has not begun to be processed only need to inform us of your change or cancellation as soon as possible via email and will have no cost to you.
