What countries does Tastu?

What is included in the price of transport?
The fee includes transportation of products ordered, packaged in specially designed boxes, insurance in case of loss or damage shipping and VAT in the territories where application of the tax.
Do you offer free transportation from a certain amount?

From 85,00 € of purchase we offer free shipping, if the destination is in peninsular territory of Spain.
How soon will I get my order?
In the Iberic Peninsulaay Baleares, orders usually take 2 to 3 business days to be delivered. Shipments to other European countries usually take between 2 and 6 days, while shipments to the Canary will be delivered between 8 and 12 working days after ordering.
The delivery period shall run from 9 am on the next business day after the order confirmation, or at the time the income is received Tastu if orders paid by bank transfer.
What if there is any damage on the way?

What if I am not at home when the carrier arrives?

Do I have to pay something to the carrier?
Transportation is included in the total price of the order. If you chose to pay cash, you must pay the carrier the total order amount. If you paid by credit card or by bank transfer, do not have to pay anything to the carrier.

Orders can be paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express); also by bank transfer, PayPal or COD, although the latter mode of payment carries a surcharge of 5% with a variable minimum depending on the destination.
