Made according to the traditional method, picking the apple manually, according to each variety and ripening state, of each of the selected varieties (Coloradona, Clara, Solarina, Blanquina, Theoretical, Xuanina, Panquerina, Prieta, Ernestina, De la Riega , Lazy, Raxao, Regona, Fuentes, Collaos, Verdialona, Perico, Durona de Tresali, Limon Montés and Carrio). After the whole process, it is submitted to a tasting, in order to choose the cider that will be marked with the selected Cider Counter Label.

Thenatural ciderIt is part of Ark of Taste by Slow Food.This is the Asturian national drink and the ointments(apple tree plantations) are an inseparable part of the country's landscape. It's about a unique product for the sum of several factors: use of selected native apples and maintenance of traditional systems in their elaboration and consumption through the technique of spaced outwhich consists of serving the cider from a certain height, with the bottle above the head and dropping it in a glass of very fine glass and wide mouth, also typical and typical of the product. In this way, it is possible to activate the natural carbonic acid of the cider by the fermentation of the must, giving it more life and color.
