Luis Cañas Reserva Family Selection Wine

The wines that are destined toFamily Selection Reserve they come from aselection of old vineyards , those that meet a series of characteristics such as good orientation, good sun exposure and a low fertile soil that ensures low production.

The minimum age of the vineyard is 45 years. 20 months aging in new barrels.

Tasting Note:cherry red very covered. The nose is intense and very complex. They emphasize their ripe black fruit, milk nuances, reinforced by the toasting of the barrel. Spicy notes and earthy nuances along with liquoric notes. In the mouth it is wide, with a lot of volume, a sustained step and without edges.A blunt and tasty finish where notes of licorice and bitter chocolate appear.

It is a red wine with character and with a fresh and fruity aromatic profile.
