José Pariente wine

Rueda white wine made with Verdejo variety from the winery's own vineyards and with old vines from small vineyards around. A suggestive and very pleasant wine, with some unctuousness and everything that can be asked of a Verdejo in terms of freshness, good acidity, herbaceous and floral aromas, and the characteristic bitter touch. A wine that, bearing the name of the father of one of the co-owners of the winery, does not separate at all from the line of quality targets of Rueda, nor from the winery's own. Definitely, a Verdejo more than recommended .

CATA's notes:Bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. Intense and complex aroma. Fruity with notes of tropical fruits, passion fruit and citrus. Aromas of fennel, lowland and an aniseed, balsamic background. Especially elegant, fresh. In the mouth it also shows Fruity and fresh, with volume and persistence. Oily, sweet and a touch of elegant final bitterness, characteristic of the Verdejo variety.
