The origin of Marqués de Cáceres dates back to the end of the 60s, when Valencian Enrique Forner decided to apply in Rioja the wine knowledge acquired in Bordeaux during his stay at Château Camensac. Excellent value for money. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels and subsequently for a minimum of 14 months in the bottle.
CATA's notes:Attractive shiny ruby cape. Fine bouquet of black and black cherries, sprinkled with Mediterranean aromatic herbs. Fresh, fruity, sweet mouth. The richness of the red fruit is mixed with a touch of cinnamon to give an attractive volume that holds one.
