Excellent reserve of La Rioja elaborated in a traditional way. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak vats. After aging for 18 months in French and American oak barrels of different ages, the wine is gently clarified and after a very light filtration, it is bottled. It rests in the bottle for about 36 months, a wine that will evolve perfectly. We recommend aerating a minimum of 2 hours before serving. It is a pretty closed wine. A very elegant wine.
CATA's notes:Ruby red with grainy piping. Middle layer. Clean and very bright. Dense tear Once opened, elegant and powerful aromas of very ripe berries appear, almost compote, along with balsamic notes and the aromas of the wood: vanilla, toffee, chocolate, tobacco, ... They all appear very balanced and full harmony. A very elegant wine, with an intense entrance and a meaty step, very tasty, warm . Ripe fruit with good toasted and creamy spices. Ripe tannins Good acidity Very long and persistent finish.
