Their upbringing time can be estimated at about 8 years. Serve cold. Optimum temperature below 16ºC. Serve in Jerez catavino halfway, to better appreciate its intense and crisp aroma. Suitable to take at any time of day . With desserts it is an ideal complement, and served in a wide glass with ice is delicious.

CATA's notes:Mahogany, cocacola, iodine, very dense, dye the glass, abundant tear. Prunes very sweet, molasses, soy sauce, smells very good, almost a perfume. Very sweet, leaves a slight itching in the throat, claudia plum jam, nuts, slight acidity, very long persistence
