Pesquera Crianza is a Tempranillo monovarietal red wine with a classic cut, made with the grapes selected and destemmed, following a traditional winemaking. After a long maceration with the skins, the wine rests for 18 months in American oak barrels. It has just been rounded in the bottle for about 6 more months.
CATA's notes:Cherry color with violet edges. Clean, bright, medium-high layer. Abundant tinted tear. It is of high aromatic intensity with clean and appetizing aromas of ripe red fruit on delicate toasts, expressive spices and refreshing balsamic touches. Elegant, very tasty and very fresh. Long silky course full of fruit intermingled with roasted. Excellent acidity and friendly, tame and juicy tannins.Long end of great persistence, very nice. We recommend decanting one hour before enjoying it better.
