This great reserve wine is made with vines of more than 30 years with a yield of 1.5 Kg per strain. The vineyards are always their own and are distributed in 17 different locations. The aging takes place in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% of a wine where they remain 16 months. It is clarified with egg white. Rest for 20 months in the bottle. We recommend decanting the wine one hour before serving.
CATA's notes:Intense dark red color with fine ruby red trim. Middle layer. Bright and with dense tear. Great aromatic intensity with the red fruit as the protagonist. Little by little, fresh and ripe fruit appears, in a complex way. Initially, it wraps the aromas of fine woods. When opened, the fruit wraps a wide range of spices and balsamic, with a delicate and tasty cocoa in the background. All elegance. From the first moment, the fruit envelops the mouth, full of very pleasant spicy nuances.Long journey fresh, very tasty and silky. Excellent acidity and ripe tannins. Perfect balance Long and very persistent finish with a very pleasant aftertaste fruity with sweet spice memories.
