Tío Pepe is a fine from the designation of origin Jerez-Xérèz-Sherry. It comes only from grapes of the Palomino Fino variety of the historical payments of Carrascal and Macharnudo, where González Byass has been vineyards for more than 100 years. Its biological upbringing, under 'Flower Veil', gives it its unmistakable character. It ages in American oak boots and with the particular and unique system called criaderas and solera.
CATA's notes:Medium intensity straw gold. Aroma of correct intensity, with nuts and salt notes, clean and characteristic. In the mouth it has a medium structure, with good acidity, fine fresh, with nuts and some spicy notes and a good finish. Serve very cold. It is recommended to always keep cold and once opened, consume as soon as possible.
