Luis Cañas Reserva wine

An elegant, soft and pleasant tannin reserve. The family has been dedicated to viticulture and winemaking for more than two centuries.

The wines destined for the elaboration of the Reserve come from vineyards in which the average age is 40 years old and that after their elaboration are tasted and the type of wood that is most suitable for aging is defined. Aged for 18 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels.

Tasting Note:Ruby color, clean and bright. Of good aromatic intensity, notes of very ripe red fruit appear on the nose on a very elegant balsamic background. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and with nerve. It has volume and the tannin is well integrated and polished. In the aftertaste touches of very ripe red fruit and shades of liquor appear again, which makes it a long-remembered wine.
