Camins del Priorat wine

Wine from the winery of Álvaro Palacios . Made with grapes from different very small farms located on the steep slopes of different municipalities, with different characteristics that provide multiple nuances to the wine. This Priorat wine combines processing in stainless steel, cement and wood tanks. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in wooden vats. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels and tubs.

CATA's notes:Intense cherry color with violet hues. Clean and bright, with abundant tear. Clean nose of high intensity where the fruit load that unleashes memories of red and black fruit ripens kindly accompanied by sweet and spicy toasted aromas on an interesting mineral background. In the mouth it turns out expressive and intense. It has a powerful, sweet entry, a fresh step, good acidity and marked tannicity. Long finish with fruity, lactic, mineral, toasted and spicy notes. Very appetizing.
