A whole classic. Aged for 6 months in American oak vats and 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Finally 12 months in the bottle before going to market. After fermentation it remains between 2 and 3 weeks of maceration. Once the aging in oak is clarified with fresh egg white before bottling. An elegant and well-balanced wine with a classic and traditional profile , broad, fleshy and expressive.
