Arzuaga wine

New vintage of this classic Ribera del Duero wine. Made with vines of more than 20 years planted on farms at 900 m altitude. A very elegant wine. Manual harvest After passing through the selection table, the grape is destemmed and goes to steel tanks where it performs cold maceration and a slow alcoholic fermentation. It rests for 16 months in French (60%) and American (40%) oak barrels.

CATA's notes:Intense red cherry color with garnet trim, clean and bright, good tear. Elegant, intense, complex, ripe red fruit is nuanced with elegant toast, pastry aromas and sweet spices. Intense wine, wide and with a lot of volume, silky, fleshy and very tasty, very balanced, somewhat marked but pleasant acidity, polished and well integrated tannins. Long and persistent end.
